Integrative Medicine Conference with CEU Credits

The 8th World Conference of Integrative Medicine will be hold on November 8-10, 2024, online and in-person.

We welcome papers and academic presentations on topics related to integrative medicine, acupuncture, Tai Chi and Qigong, chiropractic medicine, psychology, naturopathy, integration of traditional Chinese and Western medicine, clinical practice, education, research, traditional lineages, and laws and regulations related to Chinese medicine.

Submission Requirements for Academic Presentations:

1. Abstract Submission:
   • The cover page should include your name (in Chinese and Pinyin), gender, workplace address, contact information (phone, WeChat, email), and a 100-word personal bio.
   • The abstract should be around 200 words, including the objective, methods, results, and conclusion of the paper, along with 3-5 keywords related to the topic. It must be written in both Chinese and English.
   • Submission deadline: October 10, 2024.
   • Send to wimcongress@gmail.com with the email subject: “Integrative Medicine Paper Abstract – Author [Your Name]”.
2. Presentation Materials:
   • This includes a PowerPoint presentation and a video lecture no longer than 20 minutes.
   • Submission deadline: October 20, 2024.
   • Send to wimcongress@gmail.com with the email subject: “Integrative Medicine PPT – Author [Your Name]”.
3. Paper Format:
   • Submit in Word document format by October 10, 2024.
   • Papers will be published in the World Integrative Medicine journal.
   • Send to wimcongress@gmail.com with the email subject: “Integrative Medicine Paper – Author [Your Name]”.
4. Fees: The fees for presentations at the 2024 8th World Conference on Integrative Medicine are as follows:
   • Guest Speaker Live Presentation (20-25 minutes): ¥100,000 (approx. USD 15,000)
   • Main Forum Live Presentation (10-15 minutes): ¥50,000 (approx. USD 8,000)
   • Sub-forum Live Presentation (15-20 minutes): ¥30,000 (approx. USD 5,000)
   • Pre-recorded Video Presentation (20-25 minutes): ¥10,000 (approx. USD 1,500)

Note:

(3) For those who need credit on the day of the lecture, online participants should enter the whole online process on time. They must fill in the license name + license number when entering zoom. The screenshot will be saved within 15 minutes at the beginning and end of the lecture.
