Background: 

In the past fifty years, male sperm production in humans has dropped by more than 50%, posing a significant risk to human reproduction. Reversing this trend is not just a medical challenge but a critical international priority. To address this issue, we propose organizing a seminar that brings together the wisdom of traditional medicine and the expertise of leading international research institutions. Based on current research progress, this seminar aims to re-evaluate the current IVF standards and explore potential new approaches for achieving healthier fertility outcomes. We hope this initiative will evolve into a regular international seminar on human reproduction。
