In order to graduate, you must fulfill the following requirements/obligations:
• All required didactic course work.
• All required clinic hours.
• A passing score on comprehensive Graduation Exam II.
• The Return of all borrowed material to the library.
• The clearing of all financial obligations with Finance department, including the mandatory graduation fees.
If you have fulfilled the above requirements/obligations, you will be notified of your advancement to candidacy for graduation.
If you have not fulfilled the above requirement/obligations, you will be notified about any deficiencies.
Please complete the information below and submit this application to the Registrar.
Please contact finance department to pay $375 graduation fee. ($30 for the Transcript fee which will directly send to the Acupuncture board.)
