The 10th World Congress of Integrative Medicine
The preparatory meeting for the 10th World Congress of Integrative Medicine was recently held successfully online. Distinguished experts in innovative medicine, academicians, renowned masters of traditional medicine, university presidents, leaders of academic organizations, and representatives from Asia, Europe, North America, South America, Africa, and Oceania participated in the meeting. The discussions focused extensively on higher-dimensional medical wisdom, AI-driven quantum and digital medicine, the congress theme, international collaboration, medical innovation, academic exchange, and organizational planning, laying a solid foundation for a successful international event.
The Congress has officially confirmed that the China session will be held October 9–11, 2026, at the Shenzhen Futian Convention and Exhibition Center, followed by the U.S. session on December 11–13, 2026, at the University of East-West Medicine–Stanford in the world-renowned Silicon Valley.
The meeting was chaired by Dr. Wang Yingqiu, President of the World Federation of Integrative Medicine Societies, Chairman of the CoreGateverse Alliance, and President of the University of East-West Medicine. He delivered the keynote strategic address. Dr. Fu Xueli and Dr. Gao Jinglian also attended the meeting.
Participants unanimously agreed that, after nine successful editions, the World Congress of Integrative Medicine has become a leading international platform promoting global medical collaboration and multidisciplinary innovation. The 10th Congress will further advance the integration of traditional and modern medicine while promoting innovative and precision clinical applications of artificial intelligence (AI), digital medicine, quantum technology, and other cutting-edge scientific developments to contribute new knowledge and solutions for global health.
Dr. Wang emphasized that the theme of this year’s Congress is:
“Ascending to Higher Dimensions, Expanding the Scope of Medicine, Advancing Precision Clinical Care, and Promoting Health for All.”
Building upon the philosophy of “Greater Health, Greater Medicine, and Greater Healthcare Industries,” the Congress will further explore a future-oriented framework centered on higher-dimensional thinking and precision medicine, while promoting deep integration between integrative medicine and emerging technologies such as AI, digital medicine, and quantum science to establish a next-generation higher-dimensional medical intelligence system.
The Congress will feature in-depth discussions on disease prevention, integrative Chinese and Western healthcare, precision medicine, AI-driven healthcare industries, and other important topics. It aims to explore new pathways for integrating the wisdom of Eastern medicine with modern science and technology while creating a high-quality international platform serving medical professionals across diverse specialties and the general public. The Congress also seeks to enhance professional competency, strengthen clinic development, and promote high-quality advancement of healthcare worldwide.
The meeting also announced plans to establish three major international organizations:
1. The American Academy of Higher-Dimensional Life Sciences
2. The American International Committee for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine Standards
3. The World Center for Health, Happiness, and Longevity 150
These organizations will promote international collaboration in health management, weight management, healthy aging, and related fields to support the sustainable development of the global health industry.
Dr. Gao Jinglian introduced the Shenzhen program, which will take place from October 9–11 at the Shenzhen Futian Convention and Exhibition Center. Previous World Congresses have consistently featured high-level international academic exchanges, welcoming Nobel Prize laureates and distinguished scholars from around the world, and have become an influential global platform for medical collaboration and interdisciplinary innovation.
As the Congress celebrates its 10th anniversary, several high-level specialty forums will also be organized. Based on Dr. Wang’s academic vision, this year’s Congress will adopt “From the Ninth Dimension to the Tenth Dimension” as an important academic theme, guiding the future development of integrative medicine toward higher-dimensional scientific thinking.
Dr. Fu Xueli stated that the Congress will continue expanding international cooperation. The overseas forum, scheduled for December, will focus on integrative medicine innovation, artificial intelligence in healthcare, international standards development, and other globally significant topics through high-level academic exchanges.
According to official statistics, the previous Congress attracted more than one million online viewers worldwide. This year’s Congress will continue using a hybrid format with both in-person and online participation, accompanied by multilingual global livestreaming to further expand its international influence and make integrative healthcare knowledge accessible to individuals, families, and healthcare professionals worldwide.
