Taichi is not only a martial art—it is a living embodiment of Traditional Chinese Medicine wisdom. This free public lecture will be led by a 7th-generation inheritor of Yang-style Taichi and a 4th-generation inheritor of Beijing Chen-style Taichi, who brings over 30 years of experience in Taichi, Xingyiquan, and Baguazhang.
