Congratulations Class of 2022!
University of East-West Medicine was honored to host in-person commencement ceremonies at the end of the Summer semester expected graduates!
Commencement Ceremony Schedule
The Commencement ceremony is on Saturday, August 27, 2022 at 9:30 a.m. Check-in is located at the front desk on the second floor, and will begin at 8:45AM. It is highly recommended to arrive on time to ensure ample time to get seated. Everyone will need to register and have their temperature taken before entering the seating area. Commencement will start at 9:30AM.
Ceremonies are expected to last up to 2 hours depending on the number of students attending. Doors to the venue will open 1 hour before each ceremony start time. The ceremony will be live streamed. Subscribe our YouTube(University of East-West Medicine) for the live stream of the ceremony.

Registration
Eligible students received a registration email to their “UEWM Email Address” on file with the University in the email named “2022 graduation ceremony registration” with a unique registration link for their ceremony. Register for your ceremony by Friday, August 19, 2022 at 12:00 p.m.
Guest Tickets
Each registered student will receive up to 3 complimentary guest tickets once they have registered for their ceremony. If a student is removed from the ceremony for any reason, their guest tickets are also voided. Tickets are only valid for the ceremony that is listed on the ticket.
Additional tickets may be released to registered students after the registration deadline passes. Eligible students will be emailed after the registration deadline if additional tickets are available.
* Guest tickets are not required for participating graduates. Guest tickets are required for all guests age three and up. Guest ticket allowance is subject to change based on capacity, CDC, state and county health guidelines.

Important Reminders:
- The graduation ceremony attendee will wear a gown which is provided by UEWM Students need to pay a $100 deposit to pick up a gown, by the time the ceremony is over, please remember to return it and get your deposit back. You can pick up the gown during UEWM library open hours on each Friday afternoon from 8/5/22 to 8/26/22.
- If you have a fever, cough, or have been in contact with a person with Covid-19, please do not attend.
- Everyone will be required to wear a mask indoors, regardless of vaccination status.
- There is parking available on our campus. Additional parking is available across the street, next to the McDonald’s parking lot.
- Our Commencement ceremonies are required to follow the California Department of Public Health’s mega indoor event policies. As guidance evolves throughout the semester, circumstances may change.
