Procedure of Request Graduation<\/b><\/h2>\n
\u00a0<\/span><\/b><\/div>\n
Step 1:\u00a0<\/span><\/b><\/div>\n
\u00a0<\/span><\/div>\n
Please check if you are eligible for the\u00a0graduation.\u00a0 In order to be\u00a0eligible\u00a0for participation for the comprehensive exam II and August\u00a0Commencement you have to meet the following requirements:\u00a0<\/span><\/div>\n
\n
    \n
  1. You should finish all the courses before they attend the Comprehensive Exam II.<\/span><\/li>\n
  2. You\u00a0need to finish Clinic 7 at least 7 days before the exam date<\/span><\/li>\n
  3. If you are a Financial Aid student, please complete the Exit Loan Counseling before you\u00a0graduate. Please \u00a0do it online at\u00a0\u00a0https:\/\/studentloans.gov\/myDirectLoan\/counselingInstructions.action?counselingType=exit<\/a>\u00a0before the exam, otherwise, you will not be allowed to take the exam)<\/span><\/li>\n
  4. The clearing of all financial obligations with the Finance department, including the mandatory\u00a0graduation\u00a0fees.
    \n<\/span><\/li>\n
  5. You return all borrowed materials to the library.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    If you fulfill the above requirements\/obligations, please go to the next step:

    (If you have already passed\u00a0<\/span>Comprehensive Exam II, please skip this step)<\/span><\/div>\n
    \u00a0<\/span><\/div>\n
    Step 3:<\/span><\/b><\/div>\n
    Click the Link Below to fill out the\u00a0Graduation\u00a0Request form\uff1ahttps:\/\/uewm.edu\/registration\/graduation<\/a><\/span><\/div>\n

    \u00a0<\/span><\/div>\n
    Step 4:<\/span><\/b><\/div>\n
    The registrar will receive your request form and will take 7 days to\u00a0process.\u00a0 If you get approval, the registrar will send the form to the finance department.

    \u00a0<\/span><\/b><\/div>\n
    Step 5:<\/span><\/b><\/div>\n
    You will receive the invoice from the finance department and please pay the fee ASAP.
    \n<\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n

    Final Step<\/span><\/b><\/div>\n
    After you pay the comprehensive exam II Fee,\u00a0Graduation\u00a0Exam Fee, and one copy of official Transcript($10), the registrar will put your name on the exam list and start to\u00a0process\u00a0your\u00a0graduation\u00a0request.<\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
